Name the uncertainty
Identify the customer, the problem and the assumption most likely to change your direction. A smaller prototype, interview or manual service may answer the question before a full product is needed.
Prioritize a complete journey
Choose one coherent user journey. Include the operational work behind it, accessibility, failure states and a way to learn from usage. A long feature list is less useful than a clear outcome.
Build for the next decision
Select maintainable technology that fits your team and constraints. Define release criteria, analytics and a feedback process. Plan for iteration without promising that an early architecture will serve every future scale.
